" camershychef - This dough is a simple combination of water, bread flour, and yeast. If you want an exact recipe try the calculator @ pizzamaking.com, it's really the quickest way to learn. This dough was made with about 8 minutes of mixing plus a 20 minute rest time before it went in the fridge for 24 hours. It's taken me about two years to get to this point, it was a long journey and i've got a long way to go :) The blocks in the oven are "unglazed quarry tiles" available at home depot. They are just like a pizza stone only cheaper and allow you to cook on a larger area. Please, ask any more questions you may have! :) "
