" This guy is a genius, I love his acting, and now I also admire him for loving his cat so much. It takes a lot of love to roast a whole chicken for your cat! I would go easy on the salt the next time, and maybe add a little bit of garlic, since I heard that that it helps to clean the parasite from the cat’s belly. "

" Okay. We've seen Christopher Walken roasting a chicken. Enough with the chicken already! He needs to add more to his repertoire at this point. He needs to roast something else, or maybe even bake some cookies . . . . "

" I think this is a lovely recipe. I do, however, think that the chicken could use a few sprigs of rosemary under the skin and possibly in the neck cavity. "

" I baked the chicken according to Christopher's instructions, except I stood the chicken on end and unsupported in a roasting pan. It was tasty and juicy as can be. But now I'm yearning for an Eiffel Tower. Please Mr. W tell me where to buy one. J, New Orleans "

" I like to make it with mangoes. Stuffing the area between the meat and skin before closing the flap with the tooth pick adds to the deliciousness. You can really use anything. Whole garlic heads work nicely. The aluminum pan is nice cause it's disposable but some argue it's not healthy. ? YUM! If you make it on the grill, move the coals away from the center to avoid flare ups and charring. WORD. "

" You can also use a king-sized beer can for this, and leave some of the beer in the can when you cook, or all of it, but I tend to drink some of the beer, then stick it up the chicken and cook the chicken. The pears are a nice touch. "
